Project Angel Community Development Corporation was incorporated in Pennsylvania in January 2023 and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity later that year — founded on the belief that dignity, opportunity, and a real voice shouldn't depend on your zip code.

Project Angel was founded by Kyle and Teadra Glover — two educators and media professionals who spent their careers working inside youth development, radio, and community services, and saw the same gap everywhere they went: young people with talent and no on-ramp, families going without basic necessities, and neighborhoods with no outlet to tell their own story.
What started as a household project became a registered Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, organized for economic development and operated exclusively to provide relief, education, empowerment, and support to underprivileged communities and individuals. Today that mission is taking shape through three initiatives: the Media Academy, The Decency Store, and a Terrestrial Radio Station (LPFM).
Project Angel is governed by an independent Board of Directors that meets regularly to oversee strategy, finances, and program direction. As a public charity, we're committed to transparency, sound financial stewardship, and accountability to the communities we serve.
